Delivery 

SLAM UK offers a bespoke shopping facility where we look after each customer individually. All SLAM products are available within 12 days to Mainland UK. We aim to ensure that this time is beaten and we will contact you at all stages of your delivery to ensure you know when your products will arrive.
 
Orders are FREE to Mainland UK. (Excludes Scottish Isles & Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
 
Delivery within 10 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays)
 
Rest of UK (Scottish Isles & Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
£18 within 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
 
International Delivery:
Europe (only EU countries) £24 within 14 working days
Rest of World – delivery costs to be advised when order placed.

Returns

SLAMUK.COM On-Line Purchases: Please return within 28 days. These days begin from the day your order has been shipped.

For purchases made from SLAMUK.com we will refund your original delivery charge and return postage
only when a product is damaged or faulty, not when a product is simply unwanted. This does not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

UK Stockists Purchases: If you bought your SLAM product from a non-SLAM shop, i.e. a shop that sells our products but which is not exclusively SLAM, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.

The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The original packaging and swing tickets must remain intact, swim wear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place.

Please ensure you have correctly completed and enclosed the SLAM Returns form, attached to your delivery note, as this is your proof of purchase. We also suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable postal service with the appropriate level of compensation, should you be concerned that your parcel maybe lost, or damaged in transit to us.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.

Return goods in a fully resalable condition within 28 days. These 28 days begin from the day your order has been shipped.
